IntelliJ IDEA 配置maven镜像

镜像说明：Maven 访问特别的慢，建一个maven工程就得下载，非常之慢，改成国内阿里的镜像，瞬间就快了起来。

找到本机的.m2文件夹（我的是C:\Users\Administrator.m2），如果不存在settings.xml文件则新建一个，然后填写以下内容：
